Buckets of fresh flowers sit along the sidewalk, offered on the honor system with nothing more than a Venmo code—a small detail that says so much about the trust and sweetness of this little town.

Lavender Season in Jacksonville
What a perfect time to refresh my website and launch it in July. Why? Because July is when Jacksonville’s beautiful lavender fields are in full bloom.
My family and I recently visited Dos Mariposas Vineyards & Lavender , and it was such a wonderful experience. There was live music, delicious snacks and drinks, and, best of all, endless rows of fragrant lavender. We each picked a bouquet to take home—a beautiful keepsake that will last for months.
One of the things I love most about Jacksonville is that every season offers something special, and lavender season is truly one of the highlights. With several beautiful lavender farms throughout the Rogue Valley, it’s an experience that feels both peaceful and unforgettable.
